Refunds for Pro Accounts

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Monthly Subscriptions:

    • You may cancel your Pro Account subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro Account features until the end of your current billing cycle.
    • Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not provided, as the service is rendered immediately upon purchase.
  2. Annual Subscriptions:

    • Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro Account features until the end of your current billing period.
    • Refunds for annual subscriptions will be issued on a prorated basis, calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the subscription term, less any discounts applied.

Refunds for Marketplace Purchases

We provide a vibrant marketplace where users can buy and sell armwrestling goods. Please read our Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds. As a platform provider, Arm Arena facilitates transactions but does not directly handle refunds between buyers and sellers.

Role of Arm Arena

Arm Arena provides the platform for users to buy and sell goods. We do not take part in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. Therefore, any refund requests must be resolved directly between the buyer and the seller.

Responsibilities of Buyers and Sellers

Buyers

1. Contact the Seller:
   - If you are not satisfied with a purchase or wish to request a refund, you must contact the seller directly through the Arm Arena platform. Provide clear details about your issue and the resolution you seek.

2. Return Policy:
   - Review the seller’s return policy before making a purchase. Each seller may have different terms regarding returns and refunds.

3. Dispute Resolution:
   - If you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution with the seller, you may escalate the issue by contacting Arm Arena customer support for mediation. While we do not process refunds, we can assist in facilitating communication between both parties.

Sellers

1. Set Clear Return Policies:
   - Clearly state your return and refund policies on your seller profile and product listings. This helps manage buyer expectations and ensures smoother transactions.

2. Respond Promptly:
   - Address any refund requests or issues raised by buyers promptly and professionally. Aim to resolve disputes amicably to maintain a positive reputation on the platform.

3. Provide Accurate Descriptions:
   - Ensure that all product descriptions and images accurately represent the items being sold. This helps minimize misunderstandings and refund requests.

Refund Process
